As a leader in the community, the American Lung Association in North Carolina continues to identify state and local opportunities to partner with tobacco control and public health advocates to advance and protect lifesaving measures to improve quality of life. In 2012, the primary focus remained on protecting state investment in tobacco prevention and control programs.
