The Lung Association along with our tobacco advocacy partners monitored the impact of the 10 cent tobacco tax rollback that was enacted in July 2011 on a month-to-month basis. And just as a University of New Hampshire study conducted in 2011 predicted, the loss of revenue to the state of New Hampshire was consistent and significant.
