For more than 15 years, the American Lung Association in Nebraska and other health partners have successfully advocated for dozens of important pieces of tobacco control legislation. During the 2012 Unicameral session, the Lung Association continued to work on educating legislators about the benefits of a substantial tobacco tax increase.
